Aloha Active Noosa - Social Media Manager

July 2019 - Present

Aloha Active Noosa is a yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Noosa, my beautiful home town. I've grown up doing a bit of yoga here and there but it wasn't until I started attending Aloha did my passion really develop. The gorgeous owners - Emma and Michael - soon offered me a job managing Aloha's Instagram and Facebook platforms. I have created a brand new, beautiful pastel colour theme on both socials which has received positive feedback! I post daily on the feeds and stories, source and edit photos & quotes through Canva, reply to any comments and private messages, and weekly engage with the wider online community by making sure Aloha has a personal, authentic and trustworthy character on socials.

Bakslap is a Sunshine Coast based local brand that I have the privilege of working alongside. I work closely with the founder, Raph McGowan, and the social media staff to craft articles that reflect bakslap's adventurous and humble personality, their integrity in advocating for sun safety, and passion in living a fulfilling life. Worked continuously with Adobe Premier Pro during 2016 and 2017 in my Film and TV classes in years 11 and 12. Honed my Adobe skills by creating advertisements, documentaries, music videos and horror films

Attended Good Shepherd Luthern College in Noosaville, Queensland for my middle school and high school years. I graduated with an Overall Performance (OP) of 2, and received extensive recognition for finishing with high grades in Extended Mathematics, English, Modern History and Film & Television.
